Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

Orders are processed during normal business hours - Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30PM EST.  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

 

2. Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. We also offer in stored pickup for free at our store front at:

3. Order Confirmation and Updates

You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order via email.  You will receive another notice when we have fulfilled your order.  You may not be able to track your order until the selected carrier has picked up and processed your package(s). 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.  They are based on the dimensions and weights of the items that you have ordered and are set by our carriers.
